Our Team

Stephanie:  

My fascination with the human body stems from early youth athletics.  I began working with a personal trainer during my teenage years and it quickly transformed my perception of balanced performance.  I believe we are designed to move our bodies regularly and incorporate regenerative strategies in order to maintain optimal levels of performance, conditioning and wellness.  I gravitate towards holistic lifestyle philosophies and greatly appreciate the intuition of the body.

As a Miami native with Cuban descent, I am fluent in both English and Spanish.  I earned a B.S in Exercise and Sports sciences with an emphasis on Cardiac Rehabilitation and Strength and Conditioning. This educational route has led me to become very detailed in the way I design each client’s program to fit their needs.

Alisa:

Growing up in Oregon allowed me to play in a natural environment and explore my curiosity for the human body and movement through sport and dance.  My curiosity deepened at the University of Oregon where I received my B.S. in Human Physiology and Dance. I’ve since received extensive training in kettlebell athletics and bodyweight mechanics.  

 

Now with over 10+ years of personal training experience, I’m constantly helping people of all ages find what a Balanced Performance lifestyle means to them. Having this background has allowed me to become very detailed in my approach to both client programs and body alignment. I believe that striking the right balance through movement, strength, nutrition, sleep, stress, regenerative strategies, and meditation, we can live a healthier more fulfilled life full of boundless potential.
